These TextToBusiness.com Terms of Service are an agreement between TextToBusiness.com (or, if applicable based on where you live, one of its affiliates) and you.

TextToBusiness.com is a Text Messaging application by Lexer Technologies(www.lexertechnologies.com), offering group messaging, where users can send information to all the group members in one go much cheaper then Mobile messaging. It also provides facility to purchase a reply number (Short code). User's contact group can reply back to messages and user can access and download these replies through their TextToBusiness.com account. User's can also set sender name with these messages. (herein after referred to "Services" ) which are provided by TextToBusiness.com, its affiliates or third party service providers.
The services will be collectively referred to in these Terms of service as "TextToBusiness.com", "we", "us", or "our". "You" and "Your" means You, Your Company, Your employees, and anyone who has access to use your TextToBusiness.com account. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to subscribe to and use any TextToBusiness.com service or product or any other eligible age as specified under the laws of the country.
TextToBusiness.com is offered to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service and the Additional Terms without modification. You agree to familiarize Yourself with, and to regularly review, the Terms of Service, the Additional Terms, and other terms and guidelines found throughout TextToBusiness.com and abide by them if You choose to use the sites, or accept the, services or benefits, to which such terms apply. TextToBusiness.com reserves the right to change any of the Terms of Service and any Additional Terms at anytime without notice. Terms of use
Upon your registration your password shall be send to your email account as given at the time of registration. TextToBusiness.com shall filter the message sent by you if the words are offensive and are in the list of non-conformity of words of TextToBusiness.com.
Your Warranties
By subscribing to any service offered on the TextToBusiness.com site, you make the following representations and warranties. TextToBusiness.com shall have the right to terminate your TextToBusiness.com account, without notice at any time, if any representation warranty made by you proves to be untrue in any respect.

(ii) software, content or other material protected by intellectual property laws, copyright licenses, rights of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary rights, unless You own, or control such rights or have received all necessary consents for Your publication, distribution, or linking of such software and other materials;
(iii) software, content or other material that contains viruses, worms, corrupted files, cracks or that may or are intended to damage the operation of or render inoperable another's computer, hardware, software, security measures or system or other programs written to defeat the security measures of any computer, system or programs;
(iv) software, content, other material or Web site that constitutes "hate speech", whether directed at an individual or a group, and whether based upon the race, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or language of such individual or group;
6. sell, offer to sell, distribute, promote, facilitate, disseminate or link to any sites for marketing, sales, promotion, facilitation or distribution of: firearms; explosives; ammunition; liquor; tobacco products; illegal gambling (including gambling in connection with sporting events); food that is not packaged or does not comply with all applicable laws for sale to consumers by commercial merchants; illicit drugs, pharmaceuticals and controlled substances; counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods; any goods or services that infringe or otherwise violate a third party's rights including copyright, patent, trademark, or rights of publicity or privacy; goods that are considered indecent, obscene or pornographic; registered or unregistered securities; goods or services that You cannot legally sell; goods which are misrepresented or which do not in fact exist; fraudulent goods; goods, services or activities that if sold via any TextToBusiness.com services or Your Web site would cause TextToBusiness.com to violate any law, statute or regulation; or any other illegal activity;

Change in Commercials
The Commercials agreed with You are subject to change/modification from time to time depending on the change in commercials offered by Network Operator(s). Such changes shall be communicated to the registered e-mail ID with TextToBusiness.com or the same shall be communicated on the home page of TextToBusiness.com website.
Links to Third Party Sites
Links (if any) within the TextToBusiness.com web site may let you leave the TextToBusiness.com site. You acknowledge that the linked sites are not under the control of TextToBusiness.com and that TextToBusiness.com is not responsible for the contents or operation of such linked sites or any link contained in such linked site, any changes or updates to such sites, or Web casting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site.
Ownership of Materials

These Terms of Service and the Additional Terms are governed by the laws of the India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TextToBusiness.com Services or TextToBusiness.com. You agree not to represent yourself to be a representative, agent, or employee of TextToBusiness.com and that TextToBusiness.com will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.
